It is known that sperm quality of modern men is deteriorating. For the last 50 years WHO (World Health Organization) became less strict in their requirements to sperm quality while male infertility increased considerably.

Spanish researches say that if this situation doesn’t improve, extracorporeal fertilization will be the only way of conception in future.  They believe that the main reason for the increase of male infertility is unhealthy life style and an unfavorable environmental situation.

Consequently, men should change their life regime: give up their bad habits, spend more time in fresh air (for example, in the countryside) and do sports. It is also advisable to include sea food and nuts into dietary intake and refuse from fast food. Fertility specialists also recommend not being nervous, as it affects fertility.  Besides, sauna should be excluded either, as the overheating of the genital area causes spermatogenesis dysfunction.
